Acquiring and operating a high-quality Canadian business with enduring value.
OnboardIQ Capital is a search investment firm built on the principles of Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition. We are committed to acquiring and operating one stable, profitable Canadian business with $0.5M – $2M EBITDA and strong recurring revenue.
Our approach is disciplined and relationship-driven. We prioritize thoughtful sourcing, detailed evaluation, and hands-on operational leadership.
We work with founders who value continuity, care for their employees, and want their legacy preserved. Our goal is to strengthen the businesses we acquire through improved financial systems, people-focused leadership, and long-term strategic execution.

Home care agencies, dental clinic and childcare centers that provide essential community services with recurring revenue models and strong demand fundamentals.
Businesses delivering critical infrastructure and services that communities depend on, characterized by stable demand and predictable cash flows.
Niche manufacturers with established customer relationships, proprietary processes, and defensible market positions in their respective sectors.
Service-based companies with diversified client bases, recurring contracts, and opportunities for operational improvement and strategic growth.
We acquire to operate, not to flip. Our commitment extends beyond the transaction to building sustainable value over decades.
Strong systems, financial discipline, and process improvement form the foundation of how we scale businesses responsibly.
We invest in talent development, preserve company culture, and maintain stability during ownership transitions.
We partner with sellers who care deeply about their legacy, ensuring smooth transitions that honor what they built.
